Label Rotary Die Cutting Machine

RTFJ350 Label Rotary Die Cutting Machine is designed for pre-printed labels. Unwinder, rotary die-cutting, slitting and rewinding can be finished in one process.

The machine follows a seamless process of Unwind→Web Guide→Semi Rotary Die Cutting→Slitting→Rewind.

Equipped with a web guide to ensure smooth material flow and accurate positioning.
High speed with a slitting speed of 120m/min and die-cutting speed of 60m/min (intermittent).
Can operate in both semi-rotary and full rotary modes.
In semi-rotary mode, it doesn't require different magnetic cylinders for different labels as it can go backward. Only the flexible die needs to be changed.
