The RTFQ1300H High Speed Film Slitting Machine is a highly efficient and advanced piece of equipment designed for precise slitting of various films. The process flow consists of Unwinding → Web Guiding → Slitting → Rewinding.

1. Robust Construction
The main body of the machine is made of steel plate with a thickness of 42mm and is synthesized by computer numerical control. This provides exceptional durability and stability, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
2. High-Quality Rubber Roller
The 105mm rubber roller core is made of aluminum roller, and the surface of the rubber roller is processed and ground into static parallel debugging. This results in even pressure distribution and smooth operation, enhancing the quality of slitting.
3. Superior Guide Roller
The 90mm guide roller is made of aluminum rollers with the same finish processing inside and outside and static parallel debugging. The left and right threaded grooves and hard oxidation treatment on the surface of the guide roller make it smoother and more stable, ensuring higher cutting accuracy.
4. Efficient Unwinding System
The machine features shaftless mechanical unwinding with linear guides imported from Taiwan. The unwinding frame can move freely left and right, providing flexibility and ease of operation.
5. Powerful Pneumatic Brake
Equipped with two 400 N.m pneumatic brakes and an imported pneumatic proportional valve, the machine offers reliable braking power for smooth and controlled operation.
6. Quality Components
The bearings used in the machine are imported from NSK and Germany, ensuring smooth rotation and long service life. The breakers are from Chint Electric, providing reliable electrical protection.
