The main body is crafted using HT280 casting plate or Q345 steel plate, which undergoes computer numerical control processing synthesis. This results in a robust and durable construction that can withstand the rigors of continuous operation.

The main pressure roller has a diameter of 105mm. The rubber roller core is made with the surface of an aluminum roller and rubber roller combination, providing excellent pressure distribution and smooth operation.

The guide roller has a diameter of 90mm. These guide rollers are made of aluminum with the same precision processing on both the inside and outside. The surface of the guide is oxidized, making it smoother, more stable, and ensuring higher accuracy during the cutting process.

The host driving mode is a single motor synchronization of the same axis driver, which offers reliable and consistent power transmission.

The main motor is a powerful 5.5 (level 6) KW, with Inovance 7.5kW frequency conversion speed adjustment. This allows for flexible speed control to meet different production requirements.

The main control computer program features centralized control by Mitsubishi PLC and a (Weinview) touch screen human-machine interface. It automatically calculates taper tension control technology, ensuring optimal tension control throughout the slitting and rewinding process for high-quality results.
