The machine is equipped with Panasonic PLC and Weinview touch screen. All parameters are clearly displayed on the monitor, making it extremely convenient for operators. By simply setting up the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC automatically determines the proper parameters for machine operation, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.
2. Auto Tension Control System
Equipped with an Auto Tension Control System for unwinding tension, this machine ensures consistent tension throughout the process, preventing wrinkles and ensuring high-quality output.
3. Meter Counter and Alarm Function
With a meter counter, once the machine reaches the preset data, it stops and alarms, providing accurate control over the production process and reducing waste.
4. Synchronic Belt Transmission
The adoption of a synchronic belt helps avoid the overlap problem, ensuring smooth and stable transmission of the material.
5. Frequency Inverter Motor Drive
