The RTFQ1300H High Speed Film Slitting Rewind Machine is a sophisticated piece of equipment designed for efficient and precise slitting and rewinding of films.

The main body of the machine is constructed using Q325 steel plate with a thickness of 42mm and undergoes computer numerical control precision machining. This ensures a robust and durable structure that can withstand the rigors of continuous operation.

The main pressure roller, with a diameter of 105mm, has a rubber roller core made of aluminum roller. The rubber roller surface is processed and ground to achieve static parallel adjustment, providing even pressure distribution and smooth operation.

The 90mm guide roller is also made of aluminum roller with the same internal and external precision machining and static parallel adjustment. Additionally, the surface of the guide roller is threaded and hard-oxidized on the left and right sides. This not only makes the surface smoother and more stable but also significantly enhances the slitting accuracy.
